Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, Wi-Fi, TV, pool, hot tub and elevator
Guests may check-in on or after 3:00pm
Guests may check-out on or before 10:00am
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Sheets and pillow cases are provided. Wash cloths, beach and bath towels are not provided.

Beach access is directly across the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach.
The 9ft x 17ft pool is located on the north side of the house, half in the shade of the house throughout the summer. The pool is not heated.
There is an elevator in the house. The lower and upper master bedrooms and in-suite bathrooms are handicap accessible, as is the lower half bath.
Pets are not allowed. Some individuals have pet allegeries; POM Breeze is a pet free environment.
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed. POM Breeze is a smoke free environment.
You must be at least 25 to book.
