If booking your Holden Beach vacation rental more than 90 days in advance of stay:

    Installment 1:  1/3 due at time of booking

    Installment 2:  1/3 due a month after Installment 1

    Installment 3:  1/3 due a month after Installment 2

If booking less than 60 days in advance of stay:

   Installment 1:   1/2 is due at the time of booking

   Installment 2:  1/2 is due a month following installment 1

If booking less than 45 days in advance of stay:

   Installment 1:  full amount is due at time of booking  

High season (June, July and August) are a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.  

Low Season (January - May, and September - December) are a minimum of 3 nights.

Your booking is not finalized until confirmed by the property manager 

and Installment 1 has been paid.
